We are looking for some who has steel fabrication knowledge and experience. This individual should be someone that can jump right in with little adjusting and can produce a sound quality product to our architectural and structural detailed drawings. Must be proficient at all aspects of a fabrication facility including overhead cranes, hand tools, and above all safety. Must be proficient with shop drawings, accuracy with a tape measure, and can pass an AWS D1.1 or D1.5 weld test.

Ideal candidate has a good personality, is a team player, good work ethic, and has attention to detail. They should communicate well and can follow instructions.

Applicant must be 18 years or older, have a valid driver’s license, be self-motivated, can work with little supervision, and has the ability to multitask. We need someone who is detail oriented and has previous forklift experience.

Tasks include and are not limited to: moving and handling raw and finished steel products, loading and unloading semis and flatbeds, and keeping the flow of production. This is a job that requires you to work outside in all weather.

The shop operates on a normal schedule of Monday through Thursday, 6am to 4:30pm. 

A fully stocked mobile welding truck will be provided. Applicant must have a clean driving record for our insurance to cover you. You need to have experience with welding 7018 and 6010 electrode, must be able to read a tape measure accurately, and not have a fear of heights. Please have experience with erecting, installation, and/or construction. You will need to pass a weld test with 7018 with your initial interview or start date. The field crew operates on a normal schedule of Monday through Thursday, Fridays are required overtime if worked.
